Community Problem Solving
TEAM INSPIRE
The community problem solving team, Team INSPIRE, came together with a few ideas in mind about how they wanted to help their community in order to make a long lasting and memorable impact.
After weeks of brainstorming and planning, the team decided to implement their plans with the help of their sponsors, Joy Schwartz and Melissa Chapman.
2016-2017
UNDERLYING PROBLEM
In the year 2016 at West Brook High School, when the special education students have difficulty associating with other general students at or school, how might we, Team I.N.S.P.I.R.E, decrease the social gap between the general student body and the special education student population, so that these students are not excluded from the general student congregation?
2017-2018
UNDERLYING PROBLEM
In the year 2017 at West Brook High School, when the students of the Special Education program are isolated from the general student body, how might we, Team INSPIRE, maximize the amount of opportunities available for interaction between these students, so that we can socially integrate the two populations?
